Supplementary Semester for PG Programs: AY 2024-25  - reg

 1. Registration of course(s):
A student can re-register for a maximum of 16 credits in the supplementary semester. No student is allowed to register after the last date of registration.
 
2. Fees (Online fee payment through campus portal):
 a) The registration fee for the courses offered in the supplementary semester shall be Rs.1,500/-, per credit.
b) For the Mandatory Courses the fee is Rs.1000/-, per course per student 
c) Exam fee to be Rs.1000/- per course.
 
Note: 50% concession in fee per credit, in case of SC/ST students.
          
 3. Registration Procedure:
The registration for the supplementary semester shall be done manually at the respective departments. The student shall submit a hard copy of the letter mentioning the course code & course title for the courses registered along with the recommendations of the concerned Proctor and HoD to the E-governance office to facilitate the online payment process. The students shall also submit a copy of the same to the Department office after the fee payment.
 
 4. Conduction and Monitoring of Classes:
 The HODs shall adhere to the Calendar of Events prescribed and facilitate the conduction of the Supplementary Semester. The class timetable and monitoring of first-year BE classes will be done by the Dean (First year B.E.) and that of higher semester BE programs by the respective HODs.
